Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients:
Green beans
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt/pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Trim green beans and put on a baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle with oil, balsamic, and sprinkle with generous amounts of salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes. The beans are done when they are wrinkled and look like they've soaked up yummy amounts of balsamic.
