- 1-2 bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- a couple handfuls of spinach
- Protein powder (Whole Foods has some great options)
- water
- ice (if desired)
This recipe is super inexact. Add whatever fruit you have. Frozen berries work wonderfully. I don't like bananas, so I usually skip this ingredient and add a carrot instead.
